Personal information Mark Newman Photography collects online

When you utilize the Contact form on MarkNewmanPhoto.org, you are asked for your name and email address in order to send a message.  The information is not stored on Mark Newman Photography servers.  You do not need to create an account to visit MarkNewmanPhoto.org

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
